When we went shopping for a mortgage, we contacted both Shaun and our bank. Shaun was back to us within 24 hrs. Our bank took 3 days and then came back with a much higher rate. When we asked them to meet Shaun’s rate they said that they would have to get approval from their head office. It’s been 2 months and we still haven’t heard back from the bank.
