When we went shopping for a mortgage, we contacted both Shaun and our bank. Shaun was back to us within 24 hrs. Our bank took 3 days and then came back with a much higher rate. When we asked them to meet Shaun’s rate they said that they would have to get approval from their head office. It’s been 2 months and we still haven’t heard back from the bank. Shaun on the other hand has been with us every step of the way. After our initial approval, mortgage rates took a dip and Shaun was right on it and got us an even lower rate.
