Shaun not only did what we needed but by far exceeded any expectation we had. Shaun started our mortgage application on the weekend and by early Tuesday had our mortgage set up with a far better rate than our previous option. Buying a home is an exciting and intimidating journey for anyone. This journey for me was especially thrilling as I have waited many years to be in a position to purchase my own home. For quite some time I was under the assumption I was unable to qualify for a mortgage on my own. The process of purchasing a home was very foreign to me being that I was a first-time buyer. Shaun was encouraging and helpful to me in a number of ways throughout this process.
A long time acquaintance from Fernie, I knew that I could trust Shaun to help me through this process and as I assumed, I was not disappointed. In fact, I could not have been more fortunate to have him provide me with his services and he was able to do so from 150 km away (I live in Okotoks).
